How to convert text to PDF

Check the text and page setup
Review detected characters and choose UTF-8, UTF-16 or Windows-1252 if needed. Set A4, US Letter or US Legal paper, orientation, margins, font size, spacing and alignment.

Switch to Page Preview and use the zoom buttons to inspect the layout. Add page numbers, a header or a footer if useful. If you change text or settings, make a fresh PDF before downloading.

Create PDF for the current document. For multiple TXT files, choose Convert all to ZIP. Each successful file becomes a separate PDF inside the ZIP; an empty or failed file is skipped.

Check text extraction needs
Latin text in supported standard fonts can remain selectable. Urdu, other scripts and nonstandard font choices use image pages, which may not be searchable or copyable.
Verify encoding before export
If an uploaded TXT file shows broken characters, change the encoding selector and reload the file. The preview should show the intended text before conversion.
Keep source files
A PDF copy does not edit the original TXT. Save the TXT separately if you change the editor text, and keep your sources for future changes.
Mind the browser limits
Large files and long documents use device memory. The tool caps each TXT at 10 MB and each PDF at 300 pages; shorter files are easier to inspect.
