How It Works

Get Your Result in 4 Simple Steps

Get a clean, usable result in just a few clicks — fast, easy, and completely free.

1

Choose the PDF to Sign

Add one PDF, up to 50 MB and 500 pages. The tool opens it in your browser; password-protected PDFs need an authorized unlocked copy first.

2

Create a Visual Signature

Draw with a mouse or touch screen, type your name, upload a PNG, JPG or WebP image, or use the Camera tab to photograph ink on paper. Camera access is requested only when you open that tab. Check the captured image before adding it.

3

Place Fields on the Right Pages

Move and resize your signature. Add text, initials, a date, checkmark or cross; duplicate a field or apply it to every page when appropriate. Use page thumbnails to review placement.

4

Create and Check the PDF

Click Finish & Create PDF, then download the new file. Open the saved PDF and check placement on each page. If you edit after export, create it again to include those changes.

Features

Everything You Need in One Tool

Built to be fast, clean, and easy to maintain — with no messy lines or hard-to-spot errors.

Four Ways to Add a Signature

Draw, type, upload an image or photograph your handwritten signature. The result is a visible electronic signature, not a certificate-backed cryptographic signature. Camera capture requires browser permission and a working camera.

Page-Level Placement

Zoom the preview, move or resize fields, use Undo and Redo, and apply a selected field across pages when the same mark belongs on each one. Page thumbnails help you jump between pages without losing the placement already made. Check repeated fields carefully: the same position can cover different text on another page.

Helpful Form Marks

Add editable text, initials, dates, checkmarks and crosses alongside a signature. These marks are flattened into the exported PDF. They are for visible form completion; the tool does not create interactive form fields for someone else to fill later.

Browser-Based Processing

The PDF and signature are processed in your browser rather than sent to a conversion endpoint. Supporting JavaScript libraries load from a CDN. A camera photo is used locally in the editor; the camera stream stops when you close the signature window or take the photo.

Why It's Useful

Small Changes. Big Difference.

A little polish goes a long way — it saves time, reduces mistakes, and makes your work look more professional.

No Printer Needed

Sign a PDF visually without printing or scanning it.

Choose a Clean Signature

A transparent PNG often places more neatly than a photo with a white background. For a camera photo, use good light and dark ink on plain paper; check edges after the optional white-background removal.

Inspect Every Page

Zoom and review the export, especially when a page is rotated or a field sits close to an edge. Open the downloaded PDF in a separate viewer to check the final appearance, not only the browser preview. Keep the unsigned original in case you need to make a correction.

Know the Signature Type

This tool adds a visible mark. It does not verify signer identity, send signature requests, create an audit trail or add a certificate-based digital signature.

It adds a visible electronic signature and optional fields to a PDF. Draw, type or upload the signature, position it on the page and download a flattened copy.

Yes. Draw it, type your name, upload a PNG, JPG or WebP image, or take a photo in the Camera tab. Camera access needs your browser permission. You can resize and position the resulting mark on the selected page.

Yes. The editor also has text, initials, date, check and cross fields. Select a field to move, resize, duplicate or delete it.

Yes. Select the field and choose Apply to all pages. Review every page before exporting; a repeated mark may overlap different content.

The PDF, signature and camera photo are handled locally in your browser. The page loads supporting JavaScript libraries from a CDN, but the tool does not send your selected document or captured photo to a conversion endpoint. Close the signature window to stop an active camera stream.

No. It creates a visual electronic signature. It does not issue a signing certificate, verify a signer’s identity or provide an audit trail. The person receiving your document decides whether a visual signature meets their process. Use a dedicated signing service if identity checks, multiple signers or a verifiable certificate are required.

Choose one PDF up to 50 MB and 500 pages. Browser memory and device speed can set a lower practical limit for complex documents.

Not directly. If you are authorized, unlock it with the correct password first, then open the unlocked copy here.

Editing and saving a PDF can invalidate an existing certificate-based signature. Keep the original and verify the downloaded copy before sharing.

The old download is cleared when you edit. Click Finish & Create PDF again, then download the updated file. Keep the original PDF so you can compare it with the signed copy.
