Edit PDF
Edit PDF online in your browser: add text, images, links, highlights, whiteout covers, drawings and shapes, then arrange pages and download a new PDF. You can move and resize the additions you make. The editor overlays existing pages; it does not rewrite text already embedded in the PDF.
Get Your Result in 4 Simple Steps
Get a clean, usable result in just a few clicks — fast, easy, and completely free.
Open Your PDF
Choose one PDF up to 50 MB and 500 pages. Page thumbnails appear beside a zoomable preview so you can jump to the page that needs attention. Keep your original file in case you want to start again.
Add or Adjust What You Need
Choose Text, Image, Link, Highlight, Draw, Whiteout or a shape. Place the item on the page, then drag, resize, change its color or adjust the text properties. You can edit text you added here, but existing PDF text remains part of the original page.
Review and Arrange Pages
Move a page up or down, copy or delete it, add a blank page, or rotate it. Use Undo and Redo while working. Check each affected page after moving it: annotations you added should travel with that page.
Create and Check the Download
Choose an output name and click Finish & Create PDF. Download the result, open it in another viewer, and check page order, text placement and links. If you make another change, create the PDF again so the new download includes it.
Everything You Need in One Tool
Built to be fast, clean, and easy to maintain — with no messy lines or hard-to-spot errors.
Text, Images and Clickable Links
Add a note, label, logo or picture over an existing page. Text controls include font, size, color and basic formatting. A selected item can also have a link URL that becomes clickable in the exported PDF. This is useful for annotations, not for replacing the original content underneath.
Drawing, Highlighting and Shapes
Draw freehand, highlight an area, or add a rectangle, circle, line, arrow, checkmark or cross. Move or resize an item before export. Whiteout draws an opaque cover over visible content; it is not secure redaction because the underlying PDF data may still be recoverable.
Page Controls and Undo
Use thumbnails to switch pages. Move a page earlier or later, copy it, rotate it, delete it or insert a blank page. Undo and Redo help with changes made in the editor. Review the exported file, especially after rearranging several pages.
Local Browser Editing
The selected PDF and added images are processed by JavaScript in your browser; this editor does not send them to a conversion endpoint. Supporting libraries are loaded from a CDN. For a sensitive document, keep the original and inspect the downloaded copy before sharing it.

Small Changes. Big Difference.
A little polish goes a long way — it saves time, reduces mistakes, and makes your work look more professional.
Know What This Editor Changes
It adds overlays to existing pages. To correct embedded words, edit the source document or use a dedicated PDF text editor, then check the new PDF. Covering a typo with whiteout only hides it visually.
Check Whiteout Before Sharing
Do not use Whiteout for passwords, identity numbers or confidential details. A white cover can leave searchable or extractable data behind. Use a redaction tool that removes the underlying content for sensitive information.
Keep the Original File
Create a new filename for the edited copy. Compare it with the original after download, including rotated pages, image clarity and links. Editing an already signed PDF may invalidate an existing digital signature.
Work Within Browser Limits
The upload limit is 50 MB and 500 pages for PDFs and 20 MB for an inserted image. Complex documents may need more device memory. If editing slows down, try a smaller file.
Frequently Asked Questions

You can add new text and edit that added text inside this editor. The original words already embedded in the PDF are not directly rewritten. For a true wording change, use the editable source file or a PDF editor built for existing-text editing.
Add text, a JPG, PNG or WebP image, a clickable link, highlight, freehand drawing, rectangle, circle, line, arrow, checkmark or cross. Select an added item to move, resize or change its properties.
Yes. Select a page thumbnail, then use Move up, Move down, Left or Right. You can also copy or delete a page and insert a blank one. Inspect the exported order before sharing.
No. Whiteout places a visual cover over an area. The original text or other data may remain inside the PDF and could be extracted. Use a proper redaction tool that removes the underlying content when privacy matters.
The selected PDF and inserted images are handled by JavaScript in your browser. This editor does not upload them to a conversion endpoint. The page loads supporting libraries from a CDN, so avoid claiming that the whole page works offline.
Choose one PDF up to 50 MB and 500 pages. An image inserted onto a page can be PNG, JPG or WebP up to 20 MB. Complex PDFs may use more browser memory even when they meet those limits.
Yes. Undo and Redo are available while editing. If you want to compare a major change, keep the original PDF as well; browser history is not a replacement for a saved original.
Editing and exporting a PDF can invalidate an existing certificate-based digital signature. If the document is already digitally signed, keep the signed original and verify the edited copy before using it.
After changing a page, click Finish & Create PDF again. The editor clears the previous download when an edit makes it outdated. Then download the new result and inspect it.
The editor is free and its controls adapt to smaller screens. For precise placement on a dense page, zoom in and check the downloaded PDF. Performance depends on the file and your device.
