Choose an Excel workbook
Add one .xlsx or .xlsm file, up to 20 MB. The tool opens it locally and lists its sheets. Hidden sheets are excluded unless you select them.

Set the page layout
Choose Portrait or Landscape, A4/Letter/Legal paper, narrow/normal/wide margins and one of four fit modes. You can set options per sheet or copy the current settings to all sheets.

Check sheets and pages
Select the sheets to include, review the PDF preview and choose all pages or a custom range for each sheet. Repeat the first row on later pages when a table needs column labels.

Export and inspect
Click Convert to PDF, then Download. Open the result and check page breaks, numbers and non-Latin text before sharing. Your original workbook is not modified.

Save formulas in Excel first
The converter uses values cached in the workbook. Recalculate and save in Excel or a compatible app before exporting if figures have recently changed.
Inspect visual elements
Charts, embedded pictures, macros and Excel-specific print layouts are not reproduced. Use Excel’s own PDF export when exact visual fidelity matters.
Check non-Latin text
Some non-Latin characters may be drawn as images to remain visible; they may not be searchable or selectable in the PDF.
Work within the limits
Use one workbook up to 20 MB, 20,000 rows, 200 columns and 250,000 populated cells per sheet. The export stops at 300 pages. Very complex files may also depend on device memory.
